Exhibitor Information

The objective is to provide the exhibitors a venue to display and offer for sale their collections of vintage and contemporary “art jewelry.” Moreover to provide an interesting viewing and shopping venue for the public. The management welcomes applications from prospective exhibitors. Applicants should provide some information about the nature of their collections. New Braunfels Civic Center is a very nice air conditioned and heated facility with adequate parking. The show will be in the Ball Room. Each 10 X 10 booth will be equipped with electrical outlets, tables (72X30 inch) and chairs, and will be separated by poles and drapes. Table covers will be included for all tables.

10X10 units will be joined to make larger booths if requested.

Show hours: Friday November 5, 8 a.m. to 12 Noon-set up. Open to the Public from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday November 6, 10 a. m.to 6 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., all material removed from the hall by 8 p.m.

There will be a $5.00 admission charge, Exhibitors and their staff will be given admission passes.
